  • Unbranded Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, generic bubble mailers or boxes. There is no mention of “DMT,” “Vaping,” or our website on the exterior of the package.

  • Generic Return Address: We use a neutral business name and return address to ensure your package blends in perfectly with standard daily mail.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We provide reliable domestic shipping across the United States and Canada.

  • Standard Stealth Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated 3–5 business days).

  • Express Overnight Shipping: $40.00 (Estimated 1–2 business days).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard stealth shipping on all orders over $250.

Note: We do not ship internationally to ensure your package does not have to clear customs, which maintains our 100% delivery success rate.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed for same-day or next-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a secure tracking number via email once your package has been scanned by the carrier.

4. Tracking & Privacy

For your protection, tracking numbers are sent via encrypted email. We recommend tracking your package directly on the carrier’s website. To maintain your privacy, we do not keep permanent logs of tracking numbers once a package is marked as “Delivered.”

5. Delivery Guarantee & Reship Policy

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your door.

  • Seizures or Losses: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or experiences a domestic logistics issue, we offer a One-Time Free Reship or a full credit toward your next purchase.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. We cannot offer reships for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Signature Requirements

To maximize discretion, we do not require a signature for delivery. Packages will be left in your secure mailbox or at your front door to avoid any face-to-face interaction with postal carriers.

7. Product Hardware Safety

Our DMT vape pens are robustly packaged to prevent leaking or damage during transit. If you receive a cartridge that has been damaged physically during shipping, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for an immediate replacement.
