Refund & Returns Policy

At dmt-vape-pen.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and the reliability of our delivery. Because of the specialized and sensitive nature of our inventory, we have established a clear policy to protect both our customers and our business operations.

1. The Delivery Guarantee

We offer a 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your package is lost in transit or experiences a domestic logistics failure (marked as “Lost” or “Stalled” by the carrier for more than 14 business days), we will provide a one-time free reshipment of your order.

  • Note: This guarantee does not apply if you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns. Once a DMT cartridge or vape pen has left our facility, it cannot be returned for restock or resale. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untampered, and sanitary product.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect (such as a leaking cartridge or a dead battery), we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of the package being marked as “Delivered.”

  • Evidence Required: Please provide a clear photo or short video of the defect.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement item immediately via Express Stealth Shipping.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Out of Stock: If you pay for an item that has become unavailable, we will offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal or greater value.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the order has not yet entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is final.

5. Payment Processing for Refunds

Because we utilize decentralized and direct payment methods (Bitcoin, Zelle, CashApp), refunds are processed as follows:

  • Bitcoin (BTC): Refunds will be sent to your provided BTC wallet address based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.

  • Zelle/CashApp: Refunds will be sent back to the original account used for the purchase.

6. Order Discrepancies

If you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a 1mL N,N-DMT cart but received a .5mL cart), do not open or use the product. Contact us immediately, and we will send the correct item while allowing you to keep the incorrect item as a courtesy for our mistake.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Subjective Experience: We cannot offer refunds based on the nature of your personal spiritual experience. Potency is lab-verified, but individual sensitivity varies.

  • Hardware Incompatibility: We do not offer refunds if you use a non-standard or incompatible 510-thread battery that damages the cartridge.
